These terms and conditions (Agreement) apply to your purchase of jewelry (Product) from Paloma's Jewelry Corp. These terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases, including internet, or in-store purchases. By placing an order and/or accepting delivery of Product, you accept and are bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Paloma's Jewelry Corp. is currently only accepting Domestic Orders (within the US). Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time, but we might in the future. Paloma's Jewelry uses Paypal as our main payment gateway however all major credit cards are accepted: Visa • Mastercard • American Express • Discover


Applicable state and local sales taxes will be charged to all sales


Payment for the Product may be made by Paypal. If payment is made by credit card, acceptance of orders is subject to credit card verification procedures. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it does not meet our credit card verification standards.


All prices and availability are subject to change without notice. · Occasionally, we may have just sold an item which you ordered, and have not had time to take it off our site (or it may have been in your persistent shopping cart). We apologize for any disappointment, but we will reach you to see if you would like a substitution, special order, or just a cancellation if this occurs.


There may be times when an item you wish to order is on back-order. Back-order simply means that the product is out of stock at the time, but the PALOMA'S JEWELRY CORP is aware that you want the item. When the item arrives, we will automatically ship your order to you if we do not hear otherwise. Your credit card account will not be charged until the item is shipped. We ship the in-stock items immediately and then ship the back-ordered items separately when they come in. If your order requires two shipments due to back-order, you will only be charged for shipping on the initial order.


When you place a special order, you have committed to the item. Please note that special/custom orders, items that have been altered or manufactured to your specifications are outside the scope of regular designed production and can not be accepted for refund, credit or exchange from the time the order is placed. Special Orders may be canceled only within 48 hours of being placed. Repairs and replacement: Please note that all repairs are handled individually and will charged at the customer's expense.· Please contact us at sales@palomasjewelry.com and we will reply with an estimate of the cost for the repair and further instructions. Make sure to include your name, address, phone number and e-mail address, and note the reason for repair. · All items returned for repair must comply with all of the terms of the return policy described above, including obtaining a prior Return Authorization Number and insuring the items returned for repair.


The prices displayed at our website are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at our website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Please note that all weights and measurements are approximate and may vary slightly from the listed information. Feel free to contact us with custom jewelry ideas. If you would like to see a certain design done in a different stone, with different textures or colors, and/or different metal finishes as well contact us with any special requests and we will create together. Please keep in mind that the creation of a special order or custom request jewelry items will mostly depend on the pre-selected materials availability.
