Thank you for visiting and shopping at Paloma's Jewelry Corp. We take great pride in the quality and integrity of our work and designs, therefore, a rigorous inspection for quality is implemented every step of manufacturing.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Upon receipt of payment, all items are carefully packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days if the item is a stock item.
Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your order to arrive.
Personalized Items
Please note that personalized items may take from 5-14 days to craft. We will inform you of the estimated delivery time for your personalized item via email or telephone.
Signature Required For Delivery
If your delivery is over $600 we require a signature for delivery. This is regardless of any waivers you may have with any shipping company (FedEx, UPS, etc.) These requirements are for your protection and will not be waived by Paloma's Jewelry Corp.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Taxes
Paloma's Jewelry Corp is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees and/or taxes applied to order are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Paloma's Jewelry Corp will not be responsible for any physical damage to any shipment or suspected damages that are not clearly noted on the carrier's paperwork at the time of delivery. You must notify Paloma's Jewelry Corp within (5) days after receiving your shipment if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged.
